Although LTV/CAC dipped to 4.97x in Q3 from 6.52x in Q2, the groundwork was laid for long-term gains. With better sales training, improved processes, and refined targeting, the company positioned itself to boost lifetime value relative to acquisition costs moving forward.

Consolidated roles, improved SOPs, and replaced underperformers with top talent. Under new leadership, the sales team adopted a value-based, consultative approach that focused on serving the customer, not just closing deals.

Emphasis on maintenance customers highlighted untapped opportunities in repairs and renovations, opening new revenue streams and healthier customer lifetime values.
